2025 Sponsorship - Annual 2025

Please fill out the following form to submit your 2025 sponsorship online.  Payment can be made via credit card or check.  For details on the sponsorship levels please see our sponsorship opportunities page.  If you prefer to mail in a check, please make checks payable to WSRBBSB and mail them to PO Box 266, Waverly, IA 50677.  You can email logos and send any questions to financials@wsrbbsb.com.

2025 WSR Cedar River Bash Softball Tournament

We understand that some are more comfortable paying by check instead of debit/credit card.  Please note that spaces will be filled based on a first come, first paid basis.  All registrations will be placed on a waiting list until payment is received.  Once payment is received, your team will be moved to the roster of teams registered for the tournament and you will be notified of the completed registration.
