2026 Don Roeder Umpire Academy - Spring 2026
2026 Don roeder umpire academy
This academy is open to students, 8th-12th grade, who aspire to or are already umpiring baseball and softball. The clinic, led by a crew of experienced umpires, teaches the basics of umpiring, both behind the plate and in the field. Those who have attended in the past, and have actively umpired games, will get a refresher and the opportunity to continue to hone your skills. Students will also be able to step into a live game experience as part of the training. Attendees will be added to the WSR youth baseball/softball umpire list and may have the opportunity to umpire youth home games throughout the season. Umpires are paid for games during the season!
