Coaching is a great way to spend time with your child and give back to the youth baseball and softball community. No coaching experience is necessary as we will provide you with the tools you need to be successful. The Waverly - Shell Rock Baseball and Softball (WSRBBSB) group has put in place the background check policy that is included in the link below. This process helps to ensure the safety of our participants and the integrity of our program. All volunteer coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers must complete the coach registration for each program through TeamSideline so that we can run a complete background check. Once approved, coaches will be assigned to the team that they either have a child participating on or are assigned to, depending on the situation.
